MonaVie juices Part 3 of 3
Friday, December 25th, 2009This is part 3 of the MonaVie juices explained series. If you have missed part one and two please find them and read them if you are interested in your health. MonaVie products are centered around the crown jewel of the amazing acai berry. MonaVie also believes though in a synergy approach where the sum equals more than just the parts.
Occasionally MonaVie has been criticized or asked why they don’t have just an acai berry juice and nothing else. The reason is balance and variety. These 3 pages are to explain to those who may be familiar with the incredible benefits of acai just what the known benefits of these other fruits in any of the blends you choose are, which justifies their inclusion in a MonaVie blend.
Having left part 2 at Pear we now come to

Grapes
It is now widely known that grapes (especially red grapes) have a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system. Grapes are full of goodness and taste good too. MonaVie Original uses both white and red grapes for flavor and for their heart health benefits. MonaVie Kosher leaves out the white grapes.
Prunes
Okay we all know what prune juice does. Colon clearing fans there it is. Prunes are antioxidant rich, fiber rich and provide energy.

Nashi pears are almost a cross between a pear and an apple. They originated in China and have been heralded as a good weight –loss fruit with strong antioxidant properties for good overall health.

The Aloe vera plant is an African succulent that is popular in folk remedies. Today, you can find Aloe vera outside Africa since it is a popular garden plant, especially in dry areas where gardens must be created with the climate in mind. Aloe vera is also commercially cultivated all over the world to be used in folk medicines. Outside Africa, you will find the largest Aloe vera farms in the Mediterranean region, the United States, the Caribbean and Japan. An Aloe vera plant will also do well indoors, but keep in mind that it can grow very large and need re-potting.
