In many cases it is difficult to get trained staff to run your hospitality business whether that is a restaurant, hotel or any other field of hospitality. Sometimes it is better to train the inexperienced staff you already have. Sending staff away to complete short hospitality training courses will save you the hassle of having to start the search for suitable staff all over again.

Those who show particular talent as they undergo hospitality training services may even decide to further their career by doing further training such as hotel management courses or courses in restaurant management. This will make them particularly valuable as members of your staff.

Training staff is an investment in your business as well as in the life of the person being trained. They will feel that they are valuable members of the business and gain much in job satisfaction and so will give back a great deal to the business.

For those who are looking around for a suitable career, there are many jobs to be had in the hospitality field for both school leavers and older workers. Anyone who can undertake a hospitality management course will find that there are many opportunities open to them. Some hospitality management training can be done through TAFE courses, but it is much better to be trained through a professional company that specialises in just that.

Once you have been trained by such specialists you will be sure to have the edge over your competition at any job interview. Owners of businesses in the field of hospitality know how difficult it is to get good, well-trained staff who will be an asset to their business. Someone who is trained in hospitality can get right into it and do what needs to be done without too much time wasted in further training. That is what most hospitality businesses are looking for.

There are 215 hospitals in Chicago. Northwestern Hospital and the University of Chicago Hospital are both very nice, but I think you would like being a nurse at Advocate Illinois Masonic Hospital. It is in a relatively safe neighborhood on the north side of the city and it is a teaching hospital.

I would start with a urologists office, this is likely not widely in practice yet, that would suggest poor insurance coverge, good luck

I’m not sure, but is that a “Made In China” sticker on your liver? It would explain a lot :-/

Take her to Northwestern. It is a fine hospital and I guarantee you they have someone there who knows what to do with that disease.

    Blessings

do a hospital search by putting in state and city. You may want to put "General-acute care" in the catagory section, or you will get way more info than your looking for.

Assuming you're looking for pediatric hospitals, Children's Memorial Hospital (link below) is the best. There are other clinics listed on the SB Association of IL website (below).

My wife is an RN at CMH and sees SB kids quite often. This is something they see quite often and are very highly skilled when dealing with it.

I don’t think you are being very humble when you try to pay this back, it’s kind of dickish in a way.

    Safer for what and when.
Hyde Park is OK in the day, not night and at any time you can accidentally wander into the much more dangerous Kenwood area especially around UofC hospitals.
Loop and south loop are fine, lot of people out now a days because fo the colleges and housing in the south loop.
West loop is empty at night. More people around the better.
All of lakeshore is east. North lake shore and most of the neighborhoods just to the west are safe 24/7. South lakeshore is not safe
Streeterville is fine, lots of people around, lots to do. You have some aggressive street people in the area but they are an annoyance not a danger. River North is fine
