The IRS will still know about the income. They receive copies from the employer of all W-2's they sent out. I would at least call the employer and ask for a copy. Don't leave it off your tax return – the IRS may audit you and that sucks. My husband never received a W-2 a few years back and subsequently did not report it. Well, the IRS found it! The kept our refund this year and we just had to pay them an additional $2 grand as result of additional tax, penalties and interest for the taxes he would have owed at the time. Suck it up and call your employer and ask for a copy. Your only other option is to file without it and then call the IRS after a few months and ask them if they can mail you a transcript for whatever year that will show you wages that were reported using your social security number.

most single handle faucets have a way to adjust the mixing of the 2. on the shower faucets, take the handle off and the cover plate, if you look to where the 2 water lines go into the valve body you should see an adjustment screw, turning those screws will let in more or less hot/cold water. be careful you dont get it to hot though. the kitchen faucet also should have an adjustment on it, but those are different depending on what make and model it is. depending on how old they are, some older ones dont have anyway to adjust them. if you need more info, contact me.
