If you want to be beautiful then you need to be healthyq it is as simple as that. Good health means eating right and getting plenty of sleep. It also means getting a good amount of exercise.
Eating for beauty means getting a decent among of fiber in your diet each day. A good among of fiber is 25 grams of it, this is easy to have as part of your daily intake. You can eat a good fiber based cereal in the morning for a simple solution.
Protein is another powerful tool to staying beautiful even as you age. For the best possible diet protein should make up at least 20 percent of all that you eat. The more protein that you eat the more energy you are going to have to get you through your day. This great food source is gong to keep you feeling and looking good in every way.
Exercise is important because it will get the blood really flowing in your body. It is the blood that will bring the essential oxygen to the skin to keep it flushed and fresh looking. It will bring many other nutrients as well, ones that will keep the pesky wrinkles and creases at bay.
Sleep is just as essential as any other part of your daily routine. Sleep is what is going to give you that extra boost every day. Sleep is when you let your batteries recharge. Your immune system and your cells will recharge like they need to while you sleep. If you have been eating right all of those great vitamins and minerals will really pay off while you sleep.
In order to stay pretty and young you need to have a balances life with a good diet, plenty of sleep to rejuvenate your body, and as much exercise as possible. Between these three key things you will be looking good long into your life.

I would not want my daughter to shave her pubic area. I guess it doesn't really matter but for some reason that would bother me.
Now speaking from personal experience, I did grow some crazy 'fro down there when I was younger. I never mentioned it to my mom, but I actually took a small pair of scissors and trimmed it up. I never hurt myself, but in retrospect it probably would have been safer to just shave it, but I had no idea you could even do that. I guess I was pretty naive then. Then when I got older I used a small clipper (mustache/beard trimmer type) and then I finally started shaving. Probably TMI but just to give you another perspective. So letting her shave might be better in the long run, but tell her all the bad things like razor burn and stubble and so on. And that once she starts, she'll have to keep it up forever and it will be a pain in the bum, starting so young.
As for the tampons, I couldn't use them but then I started at 9. (Yikes!) So I used pads until I don't know when. I don't think I used tampons till I was 20 or so!
I would just sit her down with a picture of female anatomy, I'm sure she's had some sort of health class by now but schools vary, so show her how it all works and she could try them. Only if she is actually on her period once it starts, you can't stick that dry wad of cotton in a dry vagina, it is horrible. Even with the plastic applicator. Maybe with some lube but that would be weird. So I would have both available and let her try. Tell her all the warnings about tampons though, not to leave them in too long or forget them and TSS and so on.

look, don't bother trying to date if you're still hung up a little on this guy. you're only gonna hurt people you go out dating with if they like you.
probably the best thing you can do is have a change to take your mind off things. go travelling, go see places in the world that you want to. go bunjee jumping, go caving, take some flying lessons etc etc.
i myself haven't been fortunate to have ever been with anybody, let alone someone who i can be intimate with so my advice isn't based on experiance. Just do things that will try to take your mind off things – i know it will take a while to get over this guy, maybe a year idk, but just try and keep yourself occupied and busy so you aren't thinking too mch about him.
He's screwed you over and left you out in the cold so you definately have a reason to feel angry so channel that anger into positive actions. you could even look round for a new job somewhere else in the country/world just to take on another challenge
The problem with douching is that it cleans away bad bacteria(that cause odor) but it also cleans away good bacteria(that fight off other bacteria) so when you douche you're left with no protection. Dr.s don't advise it, because it makes it very easy to get an infection after. If your husband isn't satisfied with going down on you right after a shower, you need a new husband.
