Dr. Anjali Mukerjee, M.D. (A.M) Nutritionist, Researcher, Columnist, Author and Founder, Director – Health Total
Staying healthy is a journey, not a destination. Looking young and beautiful begins with good health and can be achieved by minor corrections in our eating and living habits. A daily glass of raw vegetable juice like carrot, amla, mixed vegetables is rich in anti-oxidants, enzymes and removes toxins, and digests food better. Control stress as it suppresses the immune system and our mind which is the biggest contributor to diseases.
K.Sankar, Health Insurance Expert, Medimanage.com
Thankfully better technology is becoming available but that comes with increasing cost. The most sensible way to make such costs affordable, is health insurance. We do have a limitation in India, as here, Health Insurance is synonymous with Hospitalization Insurance. So my recommendation on the World Health Day, is that Indians invest in a combination of health insurance to take care of preventive healthcare costs and invest their personal time, energy and money in proactive health processes.

Introduction – Vox-pops from the case studies. Nick Avery, a GP and Homeopath, has taken an interest in the relationship between hormones and women’s health problems. He describes how difficult it is to treat hormone problems because even if you have a blood test progesterone and oestrogen vary widely within the normal range. Case Study 1 – We hear from Anne, who had been treated extensively with hormones by her doctor to try and combat painful and almost continuous periods. Case Study 2 – Annette had been trying to have a baby for over a year before she was diagnosed as experiencing early menopause. Case Study 3 – Dr. Marilyn Glenville is a nutritionist who provides a natural alternative for people not wanting to go on HRT. Case Study 4 – Scilla, however, approached the menopause another way under the supervision of zero balancing therapist, John Hamwee.

I'll get to it and send it no later than Sunday.
1 – Undereye Circles. Concealer. Make sure to get it lighter then your skin colour. Go into MAC or Sephora, or even the drugstore, and ask if they have a concealer in your shade.
2 – Shine – Blotting Papers. MAC makes them.
3 – Eyebrows – You could go to a salon and explain to them how you want them. But I think the bushier on a guy, the better.
4 – There is nothing you can do about that. I think they are wrinkles? Yeah. Just remember, anti-wrinkle creams or whatever, don't help. No matter how expensive or how great of a product they claim to be. You can't permanently get rid of wrinkles.
Hope I helped!!
& Goodluck! Godbless <3

I think fat women are the most beautiful.
Nice voice – nice presentation. But companies simply see you as an ordinary girl as opposed to the "YouTube guru" you proclaim yourself to be. Companies simply aren't interested in responding to ordinary people. If you formed your own company, it might be different.
I know a lot about computers but I neither work with them nor have any computer related qualifications – you seem to imply that simply going on YouTube to talk about computers would make me a "YouTube guru". Most people don't see that and many adults are quite frankly amused by this teen guru craze,
I'm 23 but I've been tons of research on this topic.
Firstly, taking care of your outside starts with internal maintenance. I've heard that food can be either poison or medicine – it just depends on choosing the right foods to put inside you. This means lots of raw fruits and vegetables in your diet. (#1)
* Don't drink soda – it's too acidic and burns away the lining on your organs and teeth.
* Drink more water than juice – too much sugar (or anything for that matter) causes disease.
* Keep red meat to a minimum – NO PORK, BEEF, etc. They're way too fatty, plus pork leaves worms in your system (YouTube has many videos showing experiments on this subject) (#2). Stick to the lean meats like fish and turkey. Bottom feeders (this includes most seafood), in general, shouldn't be eaten (it's like eating what's left in your garbage disposal). Deuteronomy 14:2-21 has the best outline for what to eat and what not to eat.
* No drugs or alcohol
* Maintain the balance of your hormones. They control literally EVERY process that goes on in your body. Dr. Edmund Chein talks a lot about that as well as telomeres (which are the fountain of youth embedded on the tips of your DNA). (#3)
Now onto the outer maintenance of our bodies:
* Non-comedogenic, fragrance-free, oil-free, and hypoallergenic products should be the only kinds of products touching your face. Johnson & Johnson's Purpose Skincare line fits that bill. (#4) I'm on a budget so I use Noxema to wash my face and Queen Helene Cocoa Butter on my face and body.
* I use Dove bar soaps in the shower because I have sensitive skin and break out easily.
* Stick to vitamins and supplements like Prenatal pills (they don't just benefit pregnant women). Also, try to let your body heal on its own. Pharmaceuticals will accumulate in your kidney and clog it up over time.
Basically staying natural and letting my body work its magic on its own is what has worked for me. But there are a lot of YouTubers who are more versed on the subject than I am.
Hope this helped.
