Control stress as it suppresses the immune system and our mind which is the biggest contributor to diseases.

Thankfully better technology is becoming available but that comes with increasing cost. The most sensible way to make such costs affordable, is health insurance. We do have a limitation in India, as here, Health Insurance is synonymous with Hospitalization Insurance. So my recommendation on the World Health Day, is that Indians invest in a combination of health insurance to take care of preventive healthcare costs and invest their personal time, energy and money in proactive health processes.

The rules of the road, driver licensing and vehicle registration schemes that apply vary considerably between jurisdictions, as do laws imposing criminal responsibility for negligent driving, vehicle safety inspections and compulsory insurance. Most countries also have differing laws against driving whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Motorists are almost universally required to take lessons with an approved instructor and pass a driving test before being granted a license. Almost all countries allow all adults with good vision to apply to take a driving test and, if successful, to drive on public roads. Saudi Arabia, however, bans women from driving vehicles (whether pedal or motor powered) on public roads. Saudi women have periodically staged driving protests against these restrictions. In many countries, even after passing one’s driving test, new motorists may be initially subject to special restrictions. For example, in Australia, novice drivers are required to carry “P” (“provisional”) plates, and are subject to alcohol limits, and other restrictions for their first two years of driving. Another example, in California, licensed drivers (ages 16) are able to drive only with a family member for the first year. Yet in most states(mostly on the eastern coast) any licensed driver can take friends with them as …

For long hair, try not to blow dry it with hot air much. It causes damage – split ends, dry hair, etc. Shampoo you can use what you are used to but you should remember to use conditioner every time you wash your hair. If you are going to grow it out long, consider also getting a leave in treatment to do once a week. With long hair, you need to keep it healthy. One really icky but effective way to keep your hair smooth and maintain shine is to rub an egg yolk into your hair, leave it in for a few minutes like a conditioner, and then rinse it all out and use shampoo. You don't need to do it everyday, once or twice a week at the most is enough. The only problem is, if you don't rinse it out completely and shampoo your hair afterwards, sometimes, there is an egg smell that I really don't like. Personally, for long hair on guys, I don't like to have too many layers, something that is more smooth and slick is more my taste. Then, you can tie it back with a rubber band or even use a unisex head band. Cute~

Why do males give mixed messages? The answer is simple. Noone understands the male mind. Not even us. Me and my ex used to get into arguments all the damn time about my attraction to other women and she couldn't understand my contradictory nature. She would always ask me why I like "slutty-looking whores with fake boobs" (say… the type of girls they show on "Rock of Love with Bret Michaels"), and I would always tell her that I would never go for those type of girls. Although what I said was true, it doesn't mean that I don't still find them attractive. She didn't understand that at all. I don't either, because I wouldn't touch any of them with a 10-foot-pole. No matter how hot any one of them happens to be. I don't want an STD. I'm cool.

The only explanation I can offer is that the male mind is a one-track mind. You know that statistic that goes, "Men think about sex every 6 seconds"? Well, that's not entirely correct, but if you take the "sex" part out… that estimation of time is about right. Whenever I see a woman, I immediately judge her on how she looks. It's a subsconscious habit. It also dictates my friendships with women, although after I get to know them… looks become secondary or even third on my list of criteria for friendships. I don't know about women, women seem to be different when it comes to judging men on looks. They don't seem to care what we look like… we're all creeps to them anyway before we even get our foot in the door. But men's minds are hard-wired to think about how attractive a woman is before we even get to know her personality. That's why girls hook up with bad boys and then they get all butt-hurt because the "bad boy" ended up being a shallow as*hole who was only into her for her looks.

That's just the nature of the beast.

seems to me like it's more a self confidence thing with you!
chest hair fine no problem you are after all a man.
you say that your shy but hyper that's just using speech to cover up your shyness (confidence) or lack of.
cloths are what suit you on a specific occasion if your not comfortable in a suit then you will never look good in it ditto with shorts and tee shirt
you say that your not good looking says who?
maybe what you mean is that you don't conform to the American chiselled jaw look well that look is old hat not all girls want a guy that spends more time in front of a mirror than them!
you sound like a guy with his head screwed on as we say in England try to be a bit more confident about yourself just don't become a big head ( a know it all) there is a difference and when your talking with girls try to understand their point of view rather than just trying to push you own Lots of American guys I have meet at Uni in England and on trips to US have tended to try and treat me like your a girl how would you know not a good attitude if your hoping to win a girl over

anyway just try to find a bit more confidence in yourself
good luck

This is terrible. Did you know that a survey of people listening to conversations, when the woman was talking the majority said she dominated the conversation even if the man talked more. This is the author of ‘boomer girl’s guide to men’ and let him tell you how to listen. A man I know paraphrases what was said, so now a bad idea was stated twice. Doesn’t help anything!

What I recommend is trying on a few different sizes AND several different brands. One brand may fit better than another, and sizes differ somewhat between brands.

When it comes to women's clothing, you need to shop around to find the best fit. You will likely continue to have a problem with the crotch, but you might be able to find something that fits a little better when sagged.

I'd also suggest to find something that's more stretchy, so that you will be able to run easier.

Personally, I'm not a huge fan of the style, but I don't care enough about it to say anything else.

It might also be a good idea to keep a variety of styles in your closet. You might not always want to dress a certain way. It's good to have options.

Everyone gives mixed signals. Find a look you like and pursue guys that like your look. I am 5'4" 108 pounds, 22 years old with a 32D-24-32 figure platinum blonde. There are plenty of men and women that like my dimensions.

You say we should think about using our ears more than our mouths…
If everyone did this, we wouldn’t have such a sociable world, now would we?

I would give it a 13…I was soooo creeped out by some of those things. Like the webpage of love, sneaking up behind her for hugs, the mural, holding hands as much as possible, the steal her heart and write her a ransom note, writing I love you on the mirror, leaving notes and such for her…those would just make me feel like I'm being stalked by some man who hides in the bushes. I like the sentiment behind it, but the creep-factor was just too high for me to be able to be wooed by the list, rather I was left feeling a little uncomfortable.
