    First – never take a pill for weight loss unless it is prescribed by your doctor as part of a weight loss plan. You are not overweight, so you don't need it. The best thing is to eat healthy and start a healthy exercise plan, which is what you're trying to do!
    For the exercise. If you're going to try running, start slow and with low mileage. Remember that there are lots of ways to exercise, so if you don't like running, it's okay to try swimming or biking or any of a variety of sports. If you decide to stick with running, see if there's a running club in your area. There's usually a membership fee, but once you're a member, there are training events, and you'll have the benefit of advice and support from more experienced runners who can see your running form. If you like swimming and biking, too, a triathlon club might be a good option. (since you're 15, you could also check out the track team at school – cross country is great for building endurance, and usually has a good team dynamic).
    As far as diet, it sounds like you are drinking some water, but you could probably increase it. Juice is better than soda, but still has a lot of sugar if you buy it from the store. I usually mix my juice 50 50 with water, so that I'm still getting the flavor, but not as much sugar. Also, if you start exercising more, you'll need to have good intake of protein and iron, both of which can be found in meat, but can be found in other foods if you don't particularly like meat. Do some research on foods that are high in these nutrients. http://www.webmd.com has a good nutrition and diet section. It's also possible that your school will have a nutritionist. See if you can make an appointment to make sure that you're getting all the vitamins and minerals you need to stay healthy.

    Don't worry so much about how long it takes to notice a difference. If you're eating and exercising in a healthy way, you'll notice in time. Since you don't really need to lose a lot of weight, the type of reshaping that you're trying to do will take longer than just weight loss. Be patient.

    You seem very stressed out about you body image and that is the first thing you need to tackle. You need to realize that your healthy comes before your crave of exercising.OK….
    Once your knee has healed that plan you have written sounds pretty good to me, however try to not take it to the extreme.
    Diets are useless, you don't want to loose a lot of weight and gain afterwards, you want to maintain a healthy balanced lifestyle so you stay in shape. Try to balance all that and see the results after a month or 2. If you are still unhappy you may want to see your GP for tips or a therapist to get over you constant need for body sculpting.

    When you muscles are sore, that means they are torn, they are not getting bigger because they are sore. They will get bigger if you rest (sleep) and then the muscles will repair themselves. If you train everyday through soreness, you are not giving yourself enough time to let your muscles grow. But if you're trying to lose weight, then gaining muscle mass isn't important for you.

    You may have plateaued, meaning your body may have gotten used to the regular workouts you've been doing. You should try different types of exercises so your body can keep adapting. Instead of treadmill or eliptical, try sprints or suicide runs in the gym, or some jump training.

    Running does make you lose muscle (that's why us girls LOVE it!)
    Just increase your intake of protein, yes that's a great way to get it, but also protein shakes are quite yummy! Just remember to weight train too of you don't wanna lose muscle :)
