    You DO have a lot to deal with. Here are some tips:

    1. Apply for a food stamp card (I know it may seem demeaning, but it will help)
    2. See if your city/county has a free/reduced clinic, and atleast speak to a Doctor once. Many churches will also provide help.
    3. Have you considered spending most of the day away from home? Depression can get you in such a situation.
    4. Relationships come & go. Are you going to allow your current state in life to make it impossible to go on later? Pull yourself up, you'll make it
    5. Do you receive a Pell Grant to go to school? Can you apply for student loans?

    Money is not the answer. Talking to people & having a good support group is. I wish you luck, friend.

    And also, belonging to a church & trusting in Jesus Christ should give you all the strength you need to survive the current hardships. Someday you will look back & see this built great character in you. And that you were able to make the right decisions going forward, because of what you have gone through now.

    Try not to focus on everything at once and get overwhelmed. Take one small step by improving one thing at a time. Every physical change has a mental and emotional impact and vice versa. Proper nutrition and exercise is the foundation of all health. If you eat for emotional reasons develop another coping skill such as a creative outlet.

    My philosophy is that heredity mostly involves following the same bad example set by parents thus creating the same outcome. You can protect yourself by making better health choices.

    I know exactly how you feel, I can be a hypochondriac too. When I get slight symptoms of something I search the web for possible things it could be and when I look I ignore all the silly little things and automatically think its something terrible like cancer.
    The best thing to do is trust your body and your doctor. We all have times when we don't feel well or right in ourselves, but it doesn't necessarily mean there's something wrong. Also, remember that many conditions overlap, where a symptom of cancer can also be a symptom for something extremely silly like a common cold!
    If you did have anything wrong with your heart, an ECG would have confirmed it and so would your doctor. And if you had cancer, it would have been detected by all the tests you've since had.
    I just want you to know that you're not alone, hypochondria is a horrible thing and many people don't understand when you freak out over the things that seem so silly to them.
