This week hosts Lisa Johnson Mandell and Sam Osborn are joined in studio by Bill Phillips who has transformed the life of many people all over the world with his health and fitness books. Bill explains that we should not build our life around fitness but rather build our lives upon it. In an age of over eating and hours spent huddled in front of computers, Bill Phillips aims to help you transform yourself with a few easy steps. Hosts Lisa and Sam share what they are reading and discuss the big screen adaptation of a prequel to the Wizard of Oz starring Johnny Depp or Robert Downey Jnr, the only two stars that seem to be able to green-light a film these days. you should go down all the way to where your nose touches the ground… but wouldnt touch the ground (cuz you need to look staright ahead not down when you do a pushup) secondly you need to look at your workout… 10 pushups in a mintue!? come on… thats way to much of a break…unless of course your holding it inbetween which ik your not cuz it wouldnt b possible to do it for that long with that many pushups… heres my suggestion for your workout if its only going to be pushups

do 1 set of pushups until failure 3 times a day (one in the morning when you wake up…one in the afternoon and one right before bed) do this 3-4 times a week.

Use the ab lounge a lot. The only way to get your abs visible is to lower body fat, that's it. Period. Work out your abs and try to cut back on junk foods. Six smaller portion meals a day 350 Calories each protein carbs and fibrous carbs.

A lot of this is common sense and I don't think you should ask us to do your coursework for you.

    Paragraph 1 – change 5 to five
Paragraph 2 – change "being of young age" to being young. Your personal trainers in, not "on", each sport.
Paragraph 4 – try and reword the first sentence. There is a great deal of redundancy here.
Paragraph 6 – remove the words "very time costly". Change "chats" to discussions or interviews. Change "attended to" to undertaken. Believe, not believed.
Paragraph 7 – is to long. Split this into at least two sentences.
Last paragraph – change "take part" to work. Remove "with so much effort". Change "With age, I hope to one day" to In time I hope to or One day I hope to. "qualitative formation"? Just tell them that you hope to provide your children with the same quality upbringing you had.

Make these changes and check it all fits together.

I don't know for sure whether or not "Nova" will be at HardCORE Justice but with guys like Simon Diamond and 2 Cold Scorpio scheduled to appear, I wouldn't rule it out. I think if Dreamer has his way, everybody from ECW would be at the PPV. A lot of the ECW wrestlers have appeared at ECW functions even though they are long retired from wrestling.

One thing, though, it's been a LONG time since Bucci wrestled like "Nova". "Simon Dean" wasn't anything like "Nova" so even if he does appear he may not want (or be able) to do the same style he did ten years ago.

BQ1: Yeah, I remember Douglas ranting against Flair quite often on ECW TV, calling him a "cancer", etc. I don't think Flair has much of an opinion about Douglas, but Douglas believes Flair is the reason Shane wasn't a main eventer in WCW. Flair was right in turning down this match for HardCORE Justice. It's an (original) ECW PPV and Flair had nothing to do with ECW. Plus the fact that Douglas hasn't been a regular wrestler for a LOT of years and the last time we saw him in TNA Douglas was looking rather old and out-of-shape. Flair, at his age, can't risk getting in the ring with guys he can't trust.

BQ2: While Victoria is my all-time favorite "Diva", and I love her in TNA, I think Angelina Love should be the Knockout Champ. Angelina helped put the Knockouts on the map and she has the talent and abilities to be the main Knockout. "Tara" vs Angelina over that title would be a great feud with some good wrestling matches.

With the only real Knockouts tag team feuding (Sarita and Taylor Wilde) there is no purpose for the KO Tag Team Title, and there aren't very many Knockouts anymore. Not nearly enough to justify having a Tag Team Title.

I don't think TNA needs another Tag Team Title. With lots of teams and only one set of Championships, TNA is giving us a lot of great Tag Team matches. The WWE de-valued their Tag Titles by having two sets of them then tried to unify them to re-establish it's importance. It didn't work. Granted, TNA has a FAR better Tag Team division, but one set of Tag Team Championships is enough.

I think Joe hasn't been happy with TNA in quite some time. They don't use him very much on TV and PPV and he doesn't seem to get any of the more important storylines. I really don't know why he stays in TNA when any other promotion would be (should be) happy to have him on their roster. Joe's weight has never been a problem in the ring; the guy is quick and agile and doesn't seem to run out of gas. Being "fat" is a Vince McMahon issue for his WWE full of pretty boys and girls; it doesn't belong in TNA or any other promotion.

What are you eating? You should tap into your metabolism to accelerate that fat burning process. Small meals throughout the day up to 6 times. You can also cross check your workout routines with this program, I know it works, i've personally tried it. http://www.build6packsabs.com/truth-about-abs-review.html

    This is really expensive.

How much of a budget deficit were you planning on running?

And crime and neutering, we've come too far to go back to barbarism just yet.

There comes a time when you have to stop seeking your dad's approval.(I speak from experience) It's your life, and you have to do what makes you happy. Daddy's always want more for their kids. If you did go into the corporate world, he'd probably want you to do something more. All you can tell him is that you love him, and you are sorry that he is disappointed in you. He may never understand, and you may just have to agree to disagree. You only get one chance in this world. Don't spend the best years of your life miserable.
