Premenstrual stress is something that all women get and some are more severe than other. It can give you a headache, stomach, cramps, pain and dizziness. It can make you agitated. PMS is more severe in some women then others. PMS can make a woman agitated, tired, sleepy, painful, irritable, angry, sick and overall just low in energy level. There are some that will experience back pain while others will have three days to a week of pain and tiredness. This is all normal during your PMS and after it’s done you will get back to your normal shape. You can find yourself crying like some women and this is due to excess hormones releasing and it’s normal. There’s nothing to worry about except wait until it’s over. There are a few things that you can do to relieve the problems.
Right before you have it you can exercise to relieve the symptoms. Exercising really helps. It helps you to get rid of all the stress hormones that is coming out. Exercise will clear your body and mind of all the hormones that is secreted during your cycles. Walking to sit up really helps. You can also drink plenty of water to prepare yourself for fluid loss during your cycle.
You can take pain reliever like Motrin, Tylenol, aspirin to relieve all of your problems. These are really helpful. Just take it three times a day until all of your problems go away.
Drink plenty of fluids and do sit ups because it helps too. Get plenty of sleep and rest. The important things is to take the pain reliever because it can get rid of your pain and agitation. You can rest and sleep. You’ll feel very sleepy during this stage so you can prepare yourself for great naps.

It seems very rare to me that after 3 years he would just drop you in such manner with no explanation. Be honest with yourself, Has the love been lost between you all? How strong was it at the point that he made this decision? You can feel if its strong or if its faded and many times after this many years people begin to see the true feelings of each other. Now if the feelings were faded then there can be many possibilities. He could have found someone else, and he sees a strong spark between them but he knows the good person you are, so he wants to basically keep you as a rebound. He knows its hard to find someone like you but at the same time he wants to know someone else, and so he makes sure to check up on you so he knows your ok while he goes thru his "adventure". He doesnt want to tell you the real truth because he doesnt want to jeapordize whats already been built between both of you all so he keeps it quiet. This way if things dont work out with his significant other, he can jus come back to you and there wont be no hatred in between had you known the real truth behind it. If he continues to keep contact with you its only because he wants to keep what you all have at a neutral stage and not risk losing you in the process. Now…If he does love you alot and the love was strong when he made his decision then that just shows me he wants to make sure he is sure about what he is about to do. Sometimes guys can go into a mairrage (however you spell it) easily and some guys actually take there time to really figure out if that next step is what they truly want. Perhaps he needs time for himself to go out to live a little and to really make up his mind on what he is about to do. If anything that should definately be respected because atleast he knows that when he does go thru with it, IF he does, then he is 100% sure of what he is doing and is happy. The real answer is in the strength of your relationship at the point of breakup.

I agree with you about stupid answers on here, but some people seem to make a habit of only giving stupid answers or idk answers. I do not think you could stop the answerer's with only 4% or 5% best answers or below from answering, I do like your way of thinking though.
