Staying healthy is a journey, not a destination. Looking young and beautiful begins with good health and can be achieved by minor corrections in our eating and living habits. A daily glass of raw vegetable juice like carrot, amla, mixed vegetables is rich in anti-oxidants, enzymes and removes toxins, and digests food better. Control stress as it suppresses the immune system and our mind which is the biggest contributor to diseases.

K.Sankar, Health Insurance Expert, Medimanage.com

Thankfully better technology is becoming available but that comes with increasing cost. The most sensible way to make such costs affordable, is health insurance. We do have a limitation in India, as here, Health Insurance is synonymous with Hospitalization Insurance. So my recommendation on the World Health Day, is that Indians invest in a combination of health insurance to take care of preventive healthcare costs and invest their personal time, energy and money in proactive health processes.

Dr Sangeeta Pikale, Gynecologist, Pikale Hospital

Love yourself and care for self. Do not try to change your physical appearance, that is, do not give too much importance to cosmetology. Build a strong sense of self esteem and value your being a woman. Good nutrition, good exercises is a must. Contraception is an important chapter in each womans life that should not be ignored. So long as she takes her prenatal vitamins and eats healthy she will be fine. It is just as hard on the husbands during the first trimester as it is the wives. She will be going through so many physical and emotional changes that sometimes you will wonder if she is still the same woman you married. But fear not. Just make sure that you are there for her and are supportive of her no matter what and you two will be just fine. Pregnancy can be a wonderful time that you will always treasure or a horrible time that you hope and pray will never happen again. It all depends on how you perceive it. You sound like a loving husband and she is a very lucky woman. No matter how tough things get just remember this is hers and your chance to assist God in a miracle. Congratulations, and good luck!!!!

Somewhere in your blog, please put an advisory to WOMEN that they should never, ever, not in a million years, ever 'dry shave' their legs. That is, use a razor without moisturizing first, with at least soap and water…a dry shave is like taking a lighter and searing your legs in streaks. It hurts for days. Unfortunately, I speak from experience.

lol hmm, i think a mistake is focusing on the clitoris too much and pushing too hard on it can numb it over time. So play around like kiss her thighs and around the area to build tension and then go for it ;) if you use your fingers at the same time it can boost the experience!

Wash with Neutrogena products that do not have soap in them. They are great for relieving itches and odors.

Do not use any douches or other inter-vaginal cleansers. They can wash away your good bacteria and cause yeast infections–uh oh!

Drink plenty of water and wear cotton panties.
