Your teeth are very important and if you don’t take good care of it, it’ll cost you thousands later down the road. The older you get the more you will get dental problems. If you take the time to take care of your teeth every single day then you won’t get any problem. The problem is that most people neglect their teeth, especially younger people who go out until 3am and sleep right away when they get home and don’t brush their teeth. I’ve seen my brothers done it. They would go out too late and don’t even have the energy to brush their teeth when they get home and he did ends up with some teeth problems. This doesn’t sounds pleasant but it’s true.

You can brush before going to bed and after each meal. Brush your teeth as often as you need to and are required to. You can get rid of foods stuck in your teeth that can cause bacterial growth. Always brush before you go to bed because you have at least 10 hours for bacterial to be happy. You can floss before going to bed and after each meal. Floss and floss again. Flossing will be your best friend when you turn older and realized that the floss saves you from fake teeth. Flossing will get out all of the trapped foods and plague between your teeth and gums that let bacteria grow more. Having foods and plague build up will give you gingivitis that can get into your bloodstreams.

This is your best friend again. Anti-bacterial mouth wash is the best gift you can give to yourself. It’ll get rid of bacteria in your mouth that can cause dental diseases. Use it every single time you brush your teeth. It’s one of the most important step to dental health. You can’t missed it, so stock up your restrooms with tons of mouthwash.

Replace your toothbrush every 2-3 months.The dentists recommend that you replace your toothbrush often because your toothbrush will trapped lots of bacteria as you use it. The old bristle won’t be able to do a good job either.

It’s a good idea to clean your toothbrush with mouthwash before you put it into your mouth to get rid of bacteria. Buy more floss. Floss is your best friend. Don’t forget to use it. Buy an electric toothbrush. It has more power than a non-electric toothbrush and it can reach area that your hands can’t. Get a home cleaning kit.

You can do a lot on your own too. One of my favorite thing is the scrapers. It can removes plague really well. Your best bet is remove all plague with this scraper. Plague will gives you lots of dental problems.

Get a checkup when you see problems. Don’t hesitate or else it’ll be too late. Your disease can progress into something worse and it’ll cost you more money and maybe even the tooth. Take calcium supplements. Calcium will make your teeth strong and you won’t chip it. It’s one of the best thing you can take for your teeth. You can also drink plenty of non-fat milk or eat orange and cheese for strong teeth.

Stay away from sweets. Sweets will make your teeth really prone to cavities. Coffee and colored drinks will stain your teeth. Drink with a straw to avoid coloring your teeth. Citric acid foods like lemon will tear away your teeth enamel. Acidic food will tear away your teeth enamel making it weaker and will break easily. Don’t eat hard food like ice that requires strong bite because you can chip your teeth. You can chip or break a portion of your tooth if you have weak tooth, especially kids.

Root canal treatment (root canal treatment) is a procedure which deals with the treatment of diseases of tooth pulp which is present in the center of tooth in canals inside the root of each tooth. Pulp is composed of connective tissues, nerve & blood vessel. Pulp can get damage due to various reasons e.g.

An alternative to material is called N2 where in the material contains paraformaldehyde, which is converted to formaldehyde, that penetrates & sterilize the hollow pulp chamber & canals

Laser root canal procedure is a controversial innovation, which may be fast, but some say it may cause damage.

Root canal treatment does not kill a tooth, even though the procedure remove pulp tissues the tooth continuous to receive blood supply & nourishment from surrounding tissues & bones.

Once the root canal treatment is done & canal sealed the upper crown is restored with a core material. The tooth should be protected with crown so that it is not susceptible to fracture.

If root canal treatment is not done it can cause infection of jaw bone & weaken the structure. An alternative to root canal treatment is extraction of tooth, which will further require replacing the missing tooth with implants of fixed bridges.
