Premenstrual stress is something that all women get and some are more severe than other. It can give you a headache, stomach, cramps, pain and dizziness. It can make you agitated. PMS is more severe in some women then others. PMS can make a woman agitated, tired, sleepy, painful, irritable, angry, sick and overall just low in energy level. This is all normal during your PMS and after it’s done you will get back to your normal shape. You can find yourself crying like some women and this is due to excess hormones releasing and it’s normal. There’s nothing to worry about except wait until it’s over. There are a few things that you can do to relieve the problems.

Right before you have it you can exercise to relieve the symptoms. Exercising really helps. It helps you to get rid of all the stress hormones that is coming out. Exercise will clear your body and mind of all the hormones that is secreted during your cycles. Walking to sit up really helps. You can also drink plenty of water to prepare yourself for fluid loss during your cycle.

You can take pain reliever like Motrin, Tylenol, aspirin to relieve all of your problems. These are really helpful. Just take it three times a day until all of your problems go away.

Drink plenty of fluids and do sit ups because it helps too. Get plenty of sleep and rest. The important things is to take the pain reliever because it can get rid of your pain and agitation. Personal greed transcends any party affiliation.

These industries benefit from special relationships with government which resemble monopolies. They manage to get 16.6 % of our GDP now, and in a few years that figure is likely to be 20% They are obviously not interested in making health care competitive and affordable.

I also like the idea of personal health savings accounts and direct payments to doctors for ordinary medical expenses. Having to buy into an insurance plan or be fined for a percentage of the average insurance payouts to others under those plans is a major violation of personal freedom, and it takes away the ability of the American people to negotiate on cost and quality of care.

Thank you so much for your argument in favor of single payer. It looks like you have figured out that one reason we are uncompetitive in manufacturing is that every one of our competitors does not have to worry about this issue because in all other industrialized countries health care is provided by the government, not the employer. BTW. I have long since learned is is dangerous to take word of a corporate executive at it's face value. Maybe a little of the governmental skepticism you harbor might be directed to the corporations that will always place their concern for their bottom line before their concern for you!

Your question seems to have be the product of a rather paranoid imagination. I'm not sure what your rant has to do with your question about some imaginary "outsider" who seems to control so much of what you do.

It's impossible to really answer when the question doesn't seem to have any footing in reality.

We'll never have a system like France's, you can't sue your doctor over there! Lawyers are the most represented profession in Congress, they aren't going to give up a free gravy-train like that (cough, Edwards, cough)

Everything sounds about right except for #5. That just ain't gonna fly. There are absolutely ZERO politicians who would back a law that included that one.

Because no one pays their own health care costs!

We expect everyone else (gov't, insurance companies, our employers) to pay for our medical care.

Because of this we demand the best available care and we don't care about the price. The market forces of competition are absent. There is no incentive for us to shop around for the best price for health care.

Another factor is too much gov't regulation. Not every medical issue requires a full M.D. Why can't I go see someone less trained and educated for minor issues?

Yet another factor is the legal system has greatly increased costs due to constant mal-practice suits and judgements beyond all reason. The medical establishment does tests not needed just to prove they covered all the bases. Malpractice insurance keeps getting more expensive, thereby driving up our costs.

Still another factor is that illegal immigrants get free health care, at the medical establishments expense, because they are not allowed to turn them away.

There are many reasons for the high health care costs. Any true reform will have to address them all.

    1. This is the way it currently is with an individual policy. With a group policy currently they must cover, sometimes after a waiting period. The pre-existing condition clause is one part of the current system some people are trying to fight.

    2. They already must pay to policy limits. Sometimes they will try to deny claims but normally it is because it is not covered under that particular policy or the person lied on the application. People try to save premium dollars by getting a basic policy with many limitations and exclusions then cry because their plan doesn't cover what they need covered at that time.

    3. All states have regulations on the books already which do not allow ANY insurance company to cancel any policy unless the client does not pay the premium or they lied on the application. People who are saying that insurance companies drop people all the time do not understand insurance regulations. It just doesn't happen.

    4. Currently, you cannot increase the premium for anyone unless you increase it for the entire group.

    5. Profits on health insurance does not only come from the premiums. Less than 1% comes from premiums but the rest of the average 2.2% comes from interest on the reserves that the insurance companies must keep to pay future claims. In my opinion bonuses should come from performance.
