Your teeth are very important and if you don’t take good care of it, it’ll cost you thousands later down the road. The older you get the more you will get dental problems. If you take the time to take care of your teeth every single day then you won’t get any problem. The problem is that most people neglect their teeth, especially younger people who go out until 3am and sleep right away when they get home and don’t brush their teeth. I’ve seen my brothers done it. They would go out too late and don’t even have the energy to brush their teeth when they get home and he did ends up with some teeth problems. This doesn’t sounds pleasant but it’s true.
You can brush before going to bed and after each meal. Brush your teeth as often as you need to and are required to. You can get rid of foods stuck in your teeth that can cause bacterial growth. Always brush before you go to bed because you have at least 10 hours for bacterial to be happy. You can floss before going to bed and after each meal. Floss and floss again. Flossing will be your best friend when you turn older and realized that the floss saves you from fake teeth. Flossing will get out all of the trapped foods and plague between your teeth and gums that let bacteria grow more. Having foods and plague build up will give you gingivitis that can get into your bloodstreams.
This is your best friend again. Anti-bacterial mouth wash is the best gift you can give to yourself. It’ll get rid of bacteria in your mouth that can cause dental diseases. Use it every single time you brush your teeth. It’s one of the most important step to dental health. You can’t missed it, so stock up your restrooms with tons of mouthwash.
Replace your toothbrush every 2-3 months. The dentists recommend that you replace your toothbrush often because your toothbrush will trapped lots of bacteria as you use it. The old bristle won’t be able to do a good job either.
It’s a good idea to clean your toothbrush with mouthwash before you put it into your mouth to get rid of bacteria. Buy more floss. Floss is your best friend. Don’t forget to use it. Buy an electric toothbrush. It has more power than a non-electric toothbrush and it can reach area that your hands can’t. Get a home cleaning kit.
You can do a lot on your own too. One of my favorite thing is the scrapers. It can removes plague really well. Your best bet is remove all plague with this scraper. Plague will gives you lots of dental problems.
Get a checkup when you see problems. Don’t hesitate or else it’ll be too late. Your disease can progress into something worse and it’ll cost you more money and maybe even the tooth. Take calcium supplements. Calcium will make your teeth strong and you won’t chip it. It’s one of the best thing you can take for your teeth. You can also drink plenty of non-fat milk or eat orange and cheese for strong teeth.
Stay away from sweets. Sweets will make your teeth really prone to cavities. Coffee and colored drinks will stain your teeth. Drink with a straw to avoid coloring your teeth. Citric acid foods like lemon will tear away your teeth enamel. Acidic food will tear away your teeth enamel making it weaker and will break easily. Don’t eat hard food like ice that requires strong bite because you can chip your teeth. You can chip or break a portion of your tooth if you have weak tooth, especially kids.

The best way to attain health insurance is through employment.Buying individual health policies are not only expensive but they also have limitations that larger groups don't have.Blue Cross Blue Shield has an open enrollment every year for individual policies but the deductible is extremely high around $2500-$3000 yearly. If you buy insurance through an employer they not only pay half the premium the yearly deductible is a lot lower $250-$500 yearly. There are allot of companies out there that say they offer health insurance but it falls short of adequate coverage. The true tell tale to any policy is its exclusions. You should always read the exclusions before buying any insurance product. There are a few companies that underwrite true major medical policies.Blue Cross Blue Shield,Aetna and United Health Care are Three of the largest most reputable insurers.Make certain for the coverage you are looking for you are buying a Major Medical Policy and not anything else.Do not fall for Aflac or an accident plan as Medical.Do not fall for the Hospital Indemnity plan either. If you look at the three companies I mentioned you should find what you need at a premium of course.
thanks a million! i really didn't knew that!do you know how i could get my teeth wither without going to a dentist especially my canines which are a bit yellow and the bits in between my teeth?
Okay, I tried this before cause my grandma told me and I think it worked a little actually:)

2. poor some hydorgen peroxide on your brush and brush
3. wait a few minutes
4. rinse
don't do it often though cause I think it's bad for your teeth.
Would you marry me?!

“Depending on the person and how many teeth that you have”
Well. I have 3 teeth. How much floss should I break off?
I did this, I cut my gums
No- the insurance premiums cost MORE than the cost of just paying for the dental and optical appointments out of my own pocket on the day. Admittedly that's for my area, it might be different elsewhere.
I usually have enough notice to budget for these things, why would I hand money over to someone else for it when I am quite capable of paying for it myself?
Not only that but if you are below a certain income threshold here it is free, just a VERY long waiting list for it. I'd rather pay the extra to be bumped up the waiting list.
you people are so stupid
See http://www.sarbliny.com > jobs; fill out the contact form, ask for their free FAQ/Photo brochure and have an amazing time reading it. However you've got to be between 18 and 88 years old though. No kidding, I'm at age 70, my spouse and I each are making great money while mostly sitting on a beach somewhere, “doing nothing” but soaking in the sun and having fun. Good luck.

She looks very healthy, good weight and quite a lucky girl to have a loving home!
It's hard to predict if she'll get heavier because some do and some don't. Like people, cats have different body types and heredity factors that play a role in whether they gain little or no weight, or whether they become obese. That doesn't let us humans off the hook though, because it's up to us to feed a healthy diet in healthy portions. Better quality cat foods (wet or dry) will have meat as main ingredient. No corn (cheap filler that doesn't digest well), no wheat gluten (fattening carb with little nutritional value), no by-products (by-products are garbage, i.e., 'chicken feet, feather and beaks). One caution about canned food… chunks/shredded pieces in gravy tend to be more fattening because of the gravy.
As for the teeth… again as the case with humans, dental care is very important for their overall health and heredity plays a role too in teeth condition and gum health. The bad breath could be indicating bad teeth, excessive tarter and/or gingivitis. Your vet can do a thorough exam and recommend the appropriate dental treatment needed (teeth cleaning, possible removal of bad teeth). The initial dental care may be on the expensive side, especially if they need to do pre-anesthesia blood work, x-rays, cleaning and possible tooth extractions. Routine, follow-up dental care is typically much less costly, especially if you can find a vet who does routine cleanings and exams without anesthetic. My local holistic vet offers this service which is great, especially for older cats. Here's a very good link to help you find a reputable, licensed holistic vet in your area.

There is no one best company and with health insurance you get what you pay for.
Visit a local agent that works with all the major companies in your area. The agent can find the best plan for your situation and budget and can explain what you get and, more importantly, what you won't get with any plan. There is no extra charge using an agent.
Most individual policies don't include dental and vision. Some will have limited dental and vision as an optional benefit at an additional cost but when you do the math you are generally better off without the coverage. The agent can show you the plans with this option.
Do not try to do this over the internet. It'll take you several days to intelligently compare all the plans available. Also, if you have any pre-existing conditions that might add a rider to the policy, cause you to be declined, or if you are out of the height and weight guidelines you won't know until you've applied and gone through the underwriting process.
I cut my gums how to do it without cuttingyour gums?
