How do you get pregnant? This is one of the easiest things to do but some people might have problem with it if they have some health issues like sterilization and not realizing it. You have to let the doctor see if you have any problems before you give up trying. There will always be the in vitro fertilization method or freezing your sperms or eggs for later usage. I think you can do that but it’s costly. I have known several people that do have problems getting pregnant.
One of my professor and her husband are doctor and nurse but they couldn’t get pregnant because both are sterile. This could do to a lot of factors. You have to find out soon and young to see if you’re sterile. There are things that could lead to sterilization such as long time, untreated STDs and also just genetic or environmental factors. You could also have poor health and that could lead to sperms or eggs problems. If you have a medical illness that could lead to sterilization problems, you would have to get a test at the doctor’s office.
If you have no health or sterilization issues then you can get pregnant easily. When you have certain condition like high stress you can have a hard time getting pregnant, you have to have an easy body and mind in order for your eggs and sperms to work well. It’s just a smooth motion that you have to create. If you have problems or doubt just visit the doctor’s office and you’ll get your answers.

Ho hum…. another alt med shill with a Big Pharma conspiracy theory.
I can assure you if alternative medicines actually worked then pharmaceutical companies would find a way to make money out them; and in any case, medicine that works IS medicine, it's not alternative.
They do not DENY the effectiveness of your supplements – the problem is you can't provide evidence that they work in the first place.
Vitamins are actually very heavily researched and studied. It is known that in most cases vitamin supplements are useless you have an actual deficiency. The average western diet typically provides all of the nutrition needed.
And lastly… Big Pharma owns most of the vitamin companies anyway.
Try to get your information from reliable sources in future.
A lot of people think you can make lifestyle changes that affect your need for glasses. Generally this is not true. What you can affect is your likelihood of getting eye diseases. That is a big deal because while wearing glasses is inconvenient, not being able to see no matter what glasses you wear is devastating. Here are some things you can do. They are listed in their approximate Iimportance:
1. Protect your eyes from UV light by wearing sunglasses and caps.
2. Don't smoke.
3. Eat a diet high in fruits and vegetables. Spinach contains lutein which has been shown to prevent macular degeneration. Tomatoes contain Zeaxanthin which helps avoid the same disease.
4. If you are not sure you are eating well enough, take a multivitamin. If you are at risk for macular degeneration, take a supplement like Ocuvite.
5. Eat fish or if you don't like fish take a fish oil or flax seed supplement. These help prevent dry eye.
6. Don't drink alcohol in excess.
7. Avoid fatty foods.
Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Fran Drescher are the hottest Jews on TV.
She looks like my godmother. And that is awesome.
she uses a lower voice so its not as bad
Barrack Obama supporter? haha, that is probably the only think I don’t like.
If the horse has been neglected you might try some pregnant mare supplement. Also, hoof supplement might be a good idea as neglected horses often have poor feet. Be sure you get a farrier to visit soon. There really isn't much in the way of bone or tendon health. Cosequin is for joints. Pay attention to getting top quality hay but not rich hay. And be sure you feed a lower carb grain supplement like SafeChoice (or at least not high carb). Lots of hand walking on hills and some steady exercise introduced in stages is the best thing for tendon health. Hopefully the horse has all day turnout as they can exercise themselves to the level they feel comfortable quite nicely.
I LOVE HERRRR {FRANS VOICE}
My current research is focused on inorganic iodine supplementation (Lugol's solution specifically) and halogen displacement – not ready to recommend anything yet other than highly suggesting others to do their own research into it (if what I've read so far is true, it could be life changing) but into personal experimentation on myself currently.
I'm not crazy about supplements. Especially after reading Dr.David Brownstein's blog today about contaminated supplements and hearing about mercury levels in kelp supplements, etc. I do highly recommend vitamin D3 – cod liver oil – fish oil – esterC & algae (spirulina, chlorella, dunaliella) B100 complex.
Highly nutritious foods you should consider: sprouts, spirulina, paprika, cinnamon, turnip greens, mustard greens, kale, garlic, brewers yeast, raw almonds, ground flax seeds & chia seeds.
Paprika – 1 Tablespoon = 20 cal = 71% DV Vit.A – 8% DV Vit.C – 10% DV Vit.E – 14% DV Vit.B6 – 9% DV Iron & others way too many to list.
Brewer's Yeast Powder – Two tblspns. provide a whole lot of nutrition! 158% RDA Chromium – 90% Selenium – 88% B2 – 80% B1 – 50% Copper – 50% Niacin – 40% B6 & others way too many to list. It tastes peanutty to me. I have been adding it to sesame butter, a lil raw honey, coconut cream & coconut oil, powdered whey and tastes like peanut butter to me!
Chia seeds sound so expensive but 1# will make 10# food – Amazon.com has couple lbs. for $16 shipped to you. I buy in bulk (24#) from getchia.com for $6# with free shipping.
Chia seeds – 3.5 oz is nearly 500 calories, half calories from fat (high in Omega3 fatty acids) 38g fiber 151%DV & 16grams of COMPLETE protein for 6grams carbs & 63% DV Calcium – 95% Phosphorus – 23% Zinc – 9% Copper – 108% Manganese.
Faux tapioca – 2 cups of water, 5 scoops of low carb whey protein powder, stir together & add cup of chia seeds, after they have started to absorb the water, add in 2 cans of coconut milk (or cream and added water during induction) & artificial sweetener if you like and mix it all in. Can be eaten after an hour but will be better tomorrow. Cream a pkg. of cream cheese into a can of pumpkin and add to the faux tapioca for an even more nutritious pumpkin pie pudding.
Ground flax seed (2 Tbsp) 1/4 cup water, artificial sweetener, mix in a raw egg – let sit 10 min. to absorb liquid, put some cream cheese in the middle & nuke 2 minutes. Suggested for daily fiber needs.
Flax seed – 3.5oz – 534 cal – 65% calories from fat (high in Omega3 fatty acids) for 2gram carb – 27g fiber 109%DV – 26% DV Calcium – 64% Phosphorus – 29% Zinc – 61% Copper – 124% Manganese – 36% Selenium – 98% Magnesium – 32% Iron – 110% Thiamin – 9% B2 Riboflavin – 15% B3 Niacin – 24% Vit.B6 – 22% Folate – 10% Vit.B5.- 39% Potassium

Almonds- 3.5oz – 575 cal – 72% calories from fat for 10gram carb & 26% DV Calcium – 48% Phosphorus – 21% Zinc – 50% Copper – 114% Manganese – 4% Selenium – 67% Magnesium – 21% Iron – 14% Thiamin – 60% B2 Riboflavin – 17% B3 Niacin – 7% Vit.B6 – 12% Folate – 5% Vit.B5.- 131% Vit.E – Potassium 20%
Raw nuts are living and full of the energy of life and should be capable of building a tree. Roasted nuts are dead & they may still provide some nutrients, but none can compare to the nutrients and enzymes from a live food.
Unfortunately, raw does not necessarily mean living.
For example – Commercially sold almonds are now required to be pasteurized turning a live food into a dead one. You can not sprout an almond that has been irradiated. I buy my almonds direct from growers off ebay. I get 20# for less than $3# including shipping.
April 6, 2007 – Small-scale farmers, retailers, and consumers are outraged over a new federal regulation that will require all almonds grown in California to be sterilized with various “pasteurization” techniques. The rule, which the USDA quietly developed in response to outbreaks of Salmonella in 2001 and 2004, traced to raw almonds, mandates that all almonds undergo a sterilization process that includes chemical and/or high-temperature treatments.
The only exemption to these new regulations will be … small-scale growers who can sell truly raw almonds but only direct to the public
Pumpkin seeds – 3.5oz – 134% Magnesium – 23% Potassium – 541 cal – 71% calories from fat for 14gram carb – 4g fiber 16%DV – 4% DV Calcium – 117% Phosphorus – 50% Zinc – 69% Copper – 151% Manganese – 8% Selenium – 83% Iron – 14% Thiamin – 19% B2 Riboflavin – 9% B3 Niacin – 11% Vit.B6 – 14% Folate – 3% Vit.B5.
Sunflower seeds – 3.5oz – 81% Magnesium – 18% Potassium – 584 cal – 74% calories from fat for 11gram carb – 9g fiber 34%DV – 8% DV Calcium – 66% Phosphorus – 33%
I have looked into them before and they honestly don't seem like they do much. I was advised not to purchase any and just feed my dog the right diet.
Breeders can put any thing they want in there health contract. I think that's a little strict, but some breeders are very picky and want the best for there dogs.
