If you want to be beautiful then you need to be healthyq it is as simple as that. Good health means eating right and getting plenty of sleep. It also means getting a good amount of exercise.
Eating for beauty means getting a decent among of fiber in your diet each day. A good among of fiber is 25 grams of it, this is easy to have as part of your daily intake. You can eat a good fiber based cereal in the morning for a simple solution.
Protein is another powerful tool to staying beautiful even as you age. For the best possible diet protein should make up at least 20 percent of all that you eat. The more protein that you eat the more energy you are going to have to get you through your day. This great food source is gong to keep you feeling and looking good in every way.
Exercise is important because it will get the blood really flowing in your body. It is the blood that will bring the essential oxygen to the skin to keep it flushed and fresh looking. It will bring many other nutrients as well, ones that will keep the pesky wrinkles and creases at bay.
Sleep is just as essential as any other part of your daily routine. Sleep is what is going to give you that extra boost every day. Sleep is when you let your batteries recharge. Your immune system and your cells will recharge like they need to while you sleep. If you have been eating right all of those great vitamins and minerals will really pay off while you sleep.
In order to stay pretty and young you need to have a balances life with a good diet, plenty of sleep to rejuvenate your body, and as much exercise as possible. Between these three key things you will be looking good long into your life.

Introduction – Mora Therapy uses the body’s channels of energy, or meridians, and Jane Walters uses a Mora Machine to measure the electromagnetic field surrounding our organs to see imbalances and weaknesses. This is what Steven used to diagnose the cause of his psoriasis which Jane then treated by advising him on nutrition. Case Study 1 – Our first case study, Trudi, does not actually have arthritis but when she went to see the nutritionist Mary Strugar with psoriasis. Case Study 2 – Hydrotherapy Case Study 3 – Our third case study, Libby, wasn’t sure whether the terrible pains in her head were migraines or not. Case Study 4 – The fourth item in the programme is acupuncture and Chinese herbs.

Try fish oil vitamins, they help a ton!
I've had eczema since I was around 2 days old. At first it was just the more obvious cracks, like the back of my legs on the knees, on the front of my elbows, and on the wrists. The ones on the wrists went away when I was 6 or 7. I used to use Vaseline and Eucerin, and I hated it because they're so sticky. My doctor recommended those steroids, and I think they ruined me even more. I don't trust the family doctors anymore. Then when I hit puberty, my face started to flare up a little, and I got bloody spots on my neck. I went to an acupuncture (Dr. Kei in San Mateo, but I don't know the address), and it got A LOT better. It didn't work after a few months though. And my whole neck has mild eczema, and it's itchy at night. Also, my wrists started to flare up again because one day I was stupid and wore two hairbands that were TOO TIGHT on my wrists. So I started exercising more, and it's great because the sweat will wash off all the bad stuff. But sweat also makes me itchy, so I need to hurriedly wash my arms before my plan backfires.
My dance teacher told me that she had eczema when she was little, all the way until last year (She's 28 now) when she found a product called Cerave. She doesn't even look like she had eczema at all. Cerave seems to work well, but doesn't completely cure it. Her eczema was a lot worse though, and she sometimes had to go to the emergency room because of the horrible flare ups that made her bleed. And she said she had it everywhere, literally. So Cerave is worth a try
You look great, god job
beautiful skin BTW.
oh my goddddd dont lose anymore weight! you look great like that!
I think girls are more likely to take advice from other girls than guys…not sure why
You look amazing!!! Great job! I envy your motivation:P Keep up the good work!!
Okay, lets pretend it's NOT a sign from God…
Get your boyfriend tested to see if he's fertile. That's probably the problem. If your fine, and you exercise and eat well, he probalby cant have children. =(
I really hope it all works out!! Good luck!
@Xoiloveyou96 she’s got more lean muscle mass than you
yes, as the others have said, its because you are taking it on an empty stomach, but not only that, its also because you are not drinking enough water. drink a full tall glass of water with the supplement and every hour at least. also, try to cut down on salt intake, unless it a really hot day and you are sweating alot.
the only other thing it could be is too high a dose of vitamin B6, or vitamin E causing toxicity.
check the multi to see if that has B6 or E, if it does, then you wont need to take those vitamins on their own. oh, and the word for nauseousness is actually nausea:-)
the pain im not too sure about, if you can send a pic of your left eye, a close up, while you are in pain, i might be able to spot it.
thanks for Yahooing!

the only thing I can see on your list that might do that are vitamins. B vitamins do that in particular. maybe with the exercise you are losing more fluids than you realize even if you feel you drink the same amount or more.
a bladder infection could also change the color – but you would probably feel that.
always ask your dr if you are worried.
@LAURAmustLOSEWEIGHT guys aren’t supposed to be your friends anyway…not like good friends…if I’m dating a girl, that’s an automatic red flag if she has guy friends anyway
whenever I give my diet plan, I never ever hear back from any of the girls that I’m giving advice to. Why is that? It’s starting to really bother me. Are they frightened by my plan or what?
WOW. I just saw your first vid and then this one. You have done an amazing job and look incredible. It’s also fantastic that you had realistic goals and still think realistically by not wanting to be ultra skinny. Serious Congratulations. I went from 350lbs to 280 a few years ago (I’m 6’4, muscular and large framed) and it felt amazing. But after very painfully destroying my knee and after surgery, I’ve slowly climbed back up to 320. You’ve inspired me to drop the weight again. Thank you.
You and your partner need to go to a fertility clinic. They can find out if one of you is sterile and what the problem might be. It's not cheap, but if you can afford to have a baby, you should have enough money for fertility tests.
You look incredible. You have an amazing smile. Congrats on the progress. I did the same thing after sports and had to lose weight. Keep Smiling and God Bless……
