Staying healthy is a journey, not a destination. Looking young and beautiful begins with good health and can be achieved by minor corrections in our eating and living habits. A daily glass of raw vegetable juice like carrot, amla, mixed vegetables is rich in anti-oxidants, enzymes and removes toxins, and digests food better. Control stress as it suppresses the immune system and our mind which is the biggest contributor to diseases.

Thankfully better technology is becoming available but that comes with increasing cost. The most sensible way to make such costs affordable, is health insurance. We do have a limitation in India, as here, Health Insurance is synonymous with Hospitalization Insurance. So my recommendation on the World Health Day, is that Indians invest in a combination of health insurance to take care of preventive healthcare costs and invest their personal time, energy and money in proactive health processes.

Eat Red Foods For Your Heart Dr. Willie T. Ong (Tips from Doctors Willie and Liza Ong of ABS-CBN’s Salamat Dok) Are you worried about your heart? Don’t feel blue. Go red, and eat red foods for your heart. This novel idea comes from the American Heart Association, which advocated that men and women eat red-colored foods to protect their hearts. 1. Red apples. Apples are rich in quercetins, a substance known to protect against Alzheimer’s disease and many cancers. Studies show that people who eat an apple a day have lower chances of getting lung cancer and Alzheimer’s disease when compared to non-fruit eaters. Even smokers who often eat apples can somehow minimize the risk of getting cancer. Apple skins contain pectin, which some studies show can lower bad cholesterol by as much as 16%. Apples may also prevent diabetes and childhood asthma. Eating the fiber-rich skin of the apple also has additional health benefits of having better skin, more regular bowel movement and lower risk for colon cancer. 2. Red watermelon. According to the US Department of Agriculture, watermelon may be beneficial for the heart and blood vessels. Researchers report that eating watermelons increases our body’s arginine levels, an important amino acid (Journal of Nutrition, March 2007). Arginine is a component needed to produce nitric oxide, a substance that relaxes the blood vessels, improves blood flow and may protect us from a heart attack and stroke. The deep-red watermelon variety contains the …

lol hmm, i think a mistake is focusing on the clitoris too much and pushing too hard on it can numb it over time. So play around like kiss her thighs and around the area to build tension and then go for it
if you use your fingers at the same time it can boost the experience!

As far at fat burners are concerned, I would try Green Tea Pills. They have worked great for me. Here's some tip's I have picked up over the years:
- Exercise 6 to 7 days a week.
- And try to break your workout into two different sessions, this gives your metabolism a jolt.
- Drink 10 to 12 cups of water a day. And try to drink ice cold water, it burns more calories.
- Take enough vitamins, especially ones that promote weight loss (such as 1800 mg. of Fish Oil, Vitamin B Complex, Co-enzyme Q-10, ect. Do your research).
- Drink green tea or take green tea pills ( it's been shown to speed up your metabolism).
- For your metabolism's sake, eat within 1 hour of waking up and don't eat 3 hours before you go to bed.
- Try a vegan or vegetarian diet (it worked for me
).
- Eat every 2 to 4 hours to keep your metabolism going.
- Eat 5 to 6 small meals a day.
- Try to get 6 to 8 hours of sleep. When your body is deprived of sleep your appiteite increases by 15%.
- Avoid sugar and artificial sweetener like the devil. If you have a sweet tooth, grab some fruit.
- Avoid all junk food, fast food, and fried food.
- Eat whole grain foods and healthy fats (like olives, avacados, nuts, ect).
- Remember to read the labels. They hide so much junk in "healthy diet" foods now a days. My rule of thumb is, if I can't pronounce it, I won't put it in my body. Because you are what you eat.
And just remember that you can do this. It's not impossible. You just have to stick to it and the weight will just fall off. Good luck with losing weight. I have a pretty big weight loss goal myself. Hope I've helped.
Its best to discuss your situation with your doctor/ob/gyn. most woman are able to continue with some sort of exercise during pregnancy and can even benefit from it. But only you doctor can tell you weather its safe for you and the pregancy in question.

Lots of walking, jogging then running. Even try an eliptical trainer (btw, those give your legs and hips an excellent workout). Do some cardio that focuses on lunges, running in place, jumping jacks, etc. There is an awesome up-pace cardio show that is on demand on comcast. Dont know if you have it, and I dont remember the name, but it is the only one that is 34 minutes long (im rambling) anyway
start off walking and increase weekly by minutes and pace.
Thank you SO much. You saved my life from Overactive Bladder!!!!!! God bless you!!
Pladder patern, master krafter answers, you are cute lady
You got a hairstyle from 60s, you gotta do something about it.
First off, you need to make sure that you have no underlying medical conditions causing your hair loss. Once you've done that, if your hair loss is solely attibuted to stress alone, you can try rogaine for women. However, what you can also try are natural things to stop your hair loss. These would include: scalp massage, limiting your stress levels through relaxation or meditation, applying homemade scalp/hair treatments that will stimulate and promote better hair growth and taking once a day type vitamins to promote better all over health. I hope you have found some of this information useful. Good luck!
And it really made me have to pee…
First let me say your mom should not be getting sick of it!!!! The reason you could be having continued yeast infections is many, one is your jeans could be to tight, the material of your undergarmet and is your undergarmet being cleaned correctly after having such infections. To be on the safe side while your boyfriend is touching you, you should make sure his hands have been washed.. You mention that you get hives and you are stressed, you really should go see a doctor. Not sure how old you are but if you don't feel comfortable going to your mom you can go to your school nurse, it sounds like you are having anxiety attacks..
wtf
This is interesting, but it made me a little nauseous.
Maybe he is just looking at your butt.
It really sounds to me though like you need to get off the paranoid pills and relax a little. Who cares what people at the health club think of you? Are you there to be popular and have everyone love you or to exercise?
Your body will adjust however, take some rest and relax time in the evenings. Being active during pregnancy will help when it is time to deliver.
A comfortably warm bath will help relax your muscles after working. I started driving a school bus at 5 months along. A nap and a bath usually was all it took to help me feel better.
Congrats on the job and the new one.
kegels and bagels is how i start my day
@greengirllover sure, why not, while i’m eating i’m also squeezing
Organization, structure and lifelines!
Make the kid's lunches for school, throw in a load of laundry, pay bills and the rest of our daily chores..do at night after work or in the am before the kids wake up. Make sure you keep this simple & to a minimum so you Do Not burn yourself out. I cannot stress this enough..Simple!
Try to clear as much as possible that when you do have the kids in the am & early afternoons you can spend focused quality time with them. Most importantly, if you have a spouse/partner work out a routine/chore schedule to break up the duties & daily responsibilities.
Hang up a family planner in a main room of your house for all to see and add of their own so every one is on the same page. Lastly, let your friends, family & trusting neighbors know that you will be going back to work. You will need these lifelines for back-up in case one of your babies gets sick & you can't take off or you have to work late etc..
Good luck! I am very happy to hear someone is going back to work in these tough times!! Lately, I've only been hearing the opposite.
